Terms of service

Gymcord gives gym owners tools to manage members, plans, payments and attendance, and gives members an app to join their gym, check in and follow their progress. Gymcord is a tool; it does not run gyms. Your membership, its price, its rules and any refunds are an agreement between you and your gym.

• You must be 18 or over, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
• Give accurate details and keep your phone and password secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away at hello@gymcord.io if you think someone else has used your account.

• You may create a gym only if you run it or are authorised to act for it.
• Keep your gym’s details, plans and prices accurate.
• You are responsible for the records you keep about your members, for having a lawful reason to keep them, and for telling your members that you use Gymcord.
• Keep your reception QR code at your gym. Anyone who has its code can check in as one of your members, so print it only for your reception and regenerate it from the dashboard if it leaks.

• Join only gyms you actually belong to or want to join. Your gym decides whether to approve you.
• Check in only when you are at the gym.
• Questions about your plan, fees or refunds go to your gym.

Gymcord is free for gyms today. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price in advance and you will choose whether to upgrade; nothing is charged without your agreement.

Where a gym accepts payments through Gymcord, they are processed by our payment partner under its own terms, and the money is for the gym’s services. Refunds are handled by the gym.

Do not use Gymcord to break the law, to harass anyone, to post content you have no right to share, to collect other people’s data, to disrupt or probe the service, to access accounts or gyms that are not yours, or to copy or resell the service.

You keep ownership of what you put into Gymcord, such as gym details, photos and posts. You give us permission to store and show it as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

We work to keep Gymcord running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for disputes between gyms and their members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Gymcord at any time, and members can delete their account in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
